Why Do Homemade Tortillas Get Hard. Im convinced its technique I am missing something. Why do my homemade tortillas get brittlehard so quickly.
The problem is my tortillas are still pretty thick probably twice as thick as commercial and kind of unpleasantly bready at that thickness honestly. I dont eat meat so if lard is the only thing that will help I guess Im out of luck. Im convinced its technique I am missing something.
